Coming week the installation of the Geert Groote Huis in Deventer (Netherlands) starts off. A steel and glass structure will be contructed on top of a medieval foundation.

Majellakerk completed

The Gerardus Majellakerk, a monumental church in Amsterdam, has been refurbished to meet the requirements of a specific new user. In a team of the municipality’s urban regeneration department, construction firm de Nijs and the architectural offices J. van Stigt and Zaanen Spanjers, Octatube was responsible for a 256 square meters acoustic curtain wall.

Bouwwereld - The Curve

Octatube disassembles Paperdome

In the history of the now 9 year old Paperdome it has been disassembled this week. The intention is that it will be rebuild in Amsterdam-Noord.

Mick Eekhout knighted in the order of the Dutch Lion

Professor Mick Eekhout is honored with his innovative work within the field of architecture and building construction as a knight in the order of the dutch lion, the highest civil title available in the dutch royal system.
